Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will work full‑time on‑site in Zouk Mosbeh, supporting the daily sales operations of ATCO sal, a retailer of stylish home accessories. The role ensures smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, process orders and maintain up‑to‑date sales records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and installation teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information and follow up on order status.
• Assist the sales team with scheduling, sales reporting and organizing documentation.

Required profile

• Strong sales coordination and operations experience, preferably in retail or home‑accessories environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities, attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work on‑site in Zouk Mosbeh and collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar) with an interior‑design background is strongly recommended.
• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
