Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. You will engage prospective and existing clients, understand their financial protection needs, and recommend suitable life and protection insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and explain policy features and benefits.
• Prepare tailored proposals and follow up to support clients through decision‑making and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer management system.
• Collaborate with the broader team to meet sales and service goals.
• Participate in training and development activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer satisfaction and service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with basic knowledge of life and protection insurance products.
• Professionalism, integrity and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Relevant experience in insurance, banking or customer‑facing sales roles (beneficial).
• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance or related field is a plus.
• BACC II is mandatory.
• Own vehicle and ability to work on‑site in Beirut Governorate.
