Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will work on‑site in Beirut, engaging both prospective and existing clients for D.R.EAM Insurance Agency. The role involves assessing client needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and guiding the sales process from initial contact through to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and propose suitable service offerings aligned with client objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and client communications in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine consulting solutions and prepare presentations and reports.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets and performance goals while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales consulting, business development or client‑facing consulting roles.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
