Sales Consultant – Insurance Solutions

About the role

The Sales Consultant will join Bankers Assurance SAL’s insurance team in Jal El Dib, providing tailored insurance solutions to both personal and business clients. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs through consultative discussions.
• Present appropriate insurance products and explain coverage options.
• Guide clients through the decision‑making process and complete sales transactions.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets by applying strategic consulting techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales consulting, preferably within insurance or a related field.
• Strong ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is a plus.
