About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our boutique in Beirut, representing a family‑owned luxury menswear brand. You will be the face of the store, helping clients discover timeless, sophisticated styles while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Assist customers in selecting clothing, suits, accessories, and complete outfits.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain visual standards and product presentation throughout the boutique.
• Handle cashier operations and daily store activities.
• Support inventory management and stock organization.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, luxury sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Passion for fashion and menswear.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Elegant personal presentation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
