About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to provide fast, friendly service in a fashion‑focused retail environment. You will engage customers, maintain strong product knowledge, and support the store’s sales targets while ensuring the floor is well stocked and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, greeting and assisting customers promptly.
• Promote cross‑selling across departments and provide feedback on new collections.
• Keep accurate inventory records and execute stock replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
• Process all POS transactions, promote store products and loyalty cards.
• Update the customer database and follow up with clients regularly.
• Handle basic alterations according to tailoring guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and report insights.
• Contribute ideas to boost departmental sales and support other assigned duties.
