About the role

Les Amis Boutique is looking for a passionate, customer‑focused Sales Assistant to join its boutique team. You will help create a high‑touch, luxury shopping experience while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
• Drive sales by offering styling advice, product recommendations, and helping customers find items that suit their preferences.
• Maintain the boutique’s cleanliness, organization, and visual‑merchandising standards.
• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently answer client questions.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory organization, and accurate transaction processing.

Required profile

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fashion and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, team‑player spirit, detail‑orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
