Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

CompanyLedWorld is seeking a full‑time Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the growth of its LED display solutions. Based in Beirut with hybrid flexibility, the role blends strategic planning, client acquisition and brand promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify, qualify and nurture leads, manage key accounts and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities and track performance metrics.
• Analyze campaign data to optimise results and collaborate with R&D and operations to align offerings with client needs.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure high customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong sales and account‑management experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation and closing.
• Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns, brand positioning and market research.
• Digital marketing experience with social media management, content creation and basic analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction.
• Organisational and project‑management capabilities to coordinate cross‑functional tasks.
• Experience in LED display, AV solutions or related technology is a plus, along with familiarity with B2B sales cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field preferred; English fluency required, Arabic an asset.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
