Sales Agent – Insurance Solutions

About the role

Fidelity Insurance is seeking a full‑time Sales Agent to work on‑site in Beirut. You will engage prospective and existing customers, present suitable insurance products, and provide professional advice tailored to individual and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, conduct client meetings and prepare quotations.
• Guide customers through policy issuance, renewals and claims processes.
• Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and participate in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales abilities with a focus on meeting targets.
• Knowledge of insurance products and ability to explain coverage clearly.
• Willingness to engage in continuous training and coaching.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut with good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Commitment to ethical conduct, integrity and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Basic digital tools proficiency.
• Experience with CRM or sales tracking systems.
