Sales Advisor – Retail (AM/PM Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for an outgoing, customer‑oriented Sales Advisor to join Cannon Home’s Metro Mall store in Ghazir. Working AM‑PM shifts, you will greet shoppers, provide product advice, handle transactions and keep the store environment inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange merchandise on shelves and tables following visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of store products to recommend suitable items.
• Approach customers, use up‑selling and cross‑selling techniques, and locate requested products.
• Operate the cash register, process sales, and handle price changes and returns.
• Answer telephone inquiries courteously and professionally.
• Receive, unload and price new deliveries, ensuring accurate shelf inventory.
• Address customer complaints patiently and strive to meet sales targets.
