Sales Account Executive (AI Recruitment)

About the role

Qureos is an AI‑powered recruitment platform that helps enterprises compress hiring timelines from months to days. We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to own the end‑to‑end sales process, target mid‑market and enterprise customers in the US, and drive revenue growth for our fast‑growing HRTech solution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound outreach to negotiation and signed contracts.
• Generate and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present Qureos’ AI hiring platform to HR leaders and talent acquisition teams.
• Manage complex enterprise and mid‑market sales cycles, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account executive, or full‑cycle closing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing revenue targets.
• Strong experience selling into the US market and understanding of enterprise buying cycles.
• Experience engaging with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
