Retail Salesperson – Customer‑focused Store Associate

About the role

Body Core is seeking an experienced, customer‑oriented Retail Salesperson to join its physical store in Ain El Remmaneh. You will work Monday‑to‑Friday, helping shoppers find the right products while contributing to the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
• Provide detailed information on product sizes, availability, and features.
• Process sales transactions, handle payments, and follow up on customer requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Organize stock, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies.
• Support daily store operations and strive to meet individual and store sales goals.

Required profile

• Previous retail sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Reliable, organized, and presentable appearance.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and commission‑based pay.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays during high‑season periods.
• Fluency in Arabic; English or French is an advantage.
