Retail Sales Associate – Fashion Brands

About the role
Hinnawi International Group is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to represent a portfolio of global fashion brands in major shopping malls across Beirut. You will deliver an engaging shopping experience, support store sales goals, and uphold brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, offering styling advice and product recommendations.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep displays tidy and well‑priced.
- Handle inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, organizing stockrooms and performing regular counts.
- Process sales, returns and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
Required profile
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience in apparel or fashion (preferred).
- Passion for fashion and strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑first attitude.
- Flexibility to work mall shifts, evenings and weekends.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
