Retail & Operations Manager

About the role

Cannon Home is seeking an experienced Retail & Operations Manager to lead commercial performance and day‑to‑day execution across its network of stores in the Middle East. This hands‑on leadership position combines strong retail operations expertise with commercial ownership, team development, and disciplined execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of all retail locations.
• Set and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for each store, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Develop action plans to improve upselling, cross‑selling, conversion rates and average basket size.
• Identify under‑performing stores and implement commercial and operational improvements.
• Own the annual commercial calendar, planning promotions, sales events, markdowns and seasonal campaigns.
• Define promotional strategies, including SKU selection, discount levels, campaign duration and commercial objectives while protecting margins and inventory turnover.
• Coordinate promotional initiatives with Buying, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Operations teams.
• Lead, coach and develop retail teams to achieve sales and operational goals.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant retail experience.
• Significant experience managing multi‑store operations.
• Proven track record of leading retail teams and driving sales performance.
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong commercial ownership.
