About the role
The Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Reservation Supervisor for its Beirut hotel, working in the Reservation Department. The role covers the day-to-day handling of bookings and reservations, and requires availability to work according to operational needs, including weekends and public holidays.
Required profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a 4- or 5-star international hotel.
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, amendments, cancellations and complex reservations professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation procedures, room types, rates, packages and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS; experience with OTAs, GDS and online booking channels is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
