Remote Sales Manager – Children’s Online Courses

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to deliver live online demo lessons for children aged 5‑17 and their parents. You will showcase Kodland’s digital courses, guide families toward the best fit, and turn warm leads into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 50‑minute online demo lessons via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Present the learning format, answer questions, and help families select suitable courses.
• Build trust, handle objections, and close enrollments.
• Maintain a reliable technical setup and schedule sessions in afternoon/evening US time, including one weekend day.
• Track performance and report conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities, preferably with sales or educational consulting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency for speaking with parents and students.
• Availability for approximately 25 hours per week, afternoons/evenings US time.
• Reliable PC (8 GB RAM or more), webcam, headset, and stable internet connection.
