Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to work remotely and help drive new business opportunities. In this role you will identify prospects, initiate contact, and nurture relationships that feed the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to turn leads into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Generate and qualify leads to maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Stay up‑to‑date on products, market trends, and competitors to effectively position offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Lead Generation Specialist, or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with cold calling and other direct sales techniques.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and lead generation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
