Remote Sales Agent – Customer Communication & Lead Management

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Sales Agent to act as the primary liaison between our clients and on‑ground agents. In this role you will manage communications, coordinate property viewings, and nurture relationships that lead to successful storage‑space transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct sales calls to qualify leads, answer inquiries, and support deal closures.
• Monitor and improve chatbot conversations, reviewing generated leads and stepping in when human interaction is required.
• Schedule meetings or calls for the sales team, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and keep the CRM system up to date.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and enhance conversion strategies.
• Provide timely follow‑up across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, call centre, or customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and meeting performance targets.
