Remote Resume Writer – Craft Professional CVs

About the role

We are seeking a remote Resume Writer to help experienced professionals craft compelling CVs that showcase their achievements and align with target industries.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ career histories and extract key achievements to draft impactful bullet points.
• Conduct in‑depth research on clients’ industries, roles, and accomplishments to ensure relevance.
• Edit and proofread all content for clarity, conciseness, grammar, and punctuation.
• Tailor the tone, style, and structure of each CV to match the desired sector and client preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine CV creation processes and maintain company standards.
• Gather client feedback and iterate on drafts to achieve optimal results.
• Write eye‑catching summaries that highlight core competencies and unique value propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional writing experience, preferably in resume/CV writing.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with career coaching, recruitment processes, and ATS optimization.
• Ability to quickly learn about diverse industries and adapt writing style accordingly.
• High attention to detail and self‑motivation for continuous improvement.
