Remote Internal Sales Manager – English-Speaking Market

About the role

Join Kodland, an international EdTech company, as a Remote Internal Sales Manager focused on the English‑speaking market. You will work with families who already know Kodland and help them choose the right learning programmes for their children.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing Kodland customers via phone and online channels.
• Understand parents’ needs and their child’s learning goals.
• Recommend suitable courses and clearly present offers.
• Handle objections, guide decision‑making and close renewal or upsell sales.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM and follow up consistently.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of sales experience.
• Fluent, clear spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Confidence to discuss pricing and ask for the sale.
• Target‑driven, results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full‑time remote schedule.
• Reliable computer, microphone, camera and stable internet connection.
