Remote CV Writer & Editor – Professional Resume Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a talented CV Writer & Editor to join our remote recruitment enablement team. In this role you will help experienced professionals transform their career histories into compelling, industry‑specific resumes that stand out to recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse clients’ work experience, responsibilities and achievements to draft powerful CV bullet points.
• Conduct in‑depth research on clients’ industries, roles and career milestones to ensure accurate representation.
• Edit and proofread all content, guaranteeing flawless grammar, punctuation and structure.
• Tailor the tone, style and format of each CV to match the target industry, role and client preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve CV creation processes and maintain company standards.
• Gather client feedback and iterate on drafts to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Craft concise, eye‑catching summaries that highlight core competencies and unique value propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional writing experience, preferably in CV or resume writing.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality, engaging CVs.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Familiarity with career coaching, recruitment processes and ATS optimisation.
• Broad knowledge of multiple industries and quick learning ability.
• Strong attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and overall structure.
• Adaptable writing style to suit different sectors and client needs.
• Self‑motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
