Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our team remotely. This full‑time position works from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Lebanon time and focuses on contacting prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Qualify leads according to company criteria.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and confirm them with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, or a call‑center environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong time‑management abilities and comfort making outbound calls.
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop/computer.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills
