About the role
Massyve Technologies is looking for a full‑time Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities in the assigned region. Based in Beirut, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and aligning sales initiatives with the company’s digital solutions portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities for digital and technology solutions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve regional targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure a cohesive go‑to‑market approach.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and business development, including lead generation and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and solve problems proactively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in digital solutions, software, or technology sectors is a plus.
