Regional Sales Manager / Director – Middle East

About the role

ABA Medical Group seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager/Director to lead business development and expand its medical device portfolio across the Middle East and GCC countries. The role is remote‑based with frequent travel to meet distributors, hospitals and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales and market expansion strategies, identifying high‑potential markets and new revenue streams.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate with and appoint qualified medical‑device distributors, establishing commercial agreements and performance targets.
• Drive regional sales performance, manage key accounts, and support distributors in major negotiations, projects and tenders.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and prepare forecasts and performance reports.
• Represent ABA Medical Group at regional and international exhibitions, collaborate with headquarters in Germany and manufacturing partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical‑device sales, regional business development or distributor management.
• Established professional relationships with distributors, hospitals and healthcare decision‑makers across the Middle East.
• Proven track record of market development, distributor appointment and sales growth.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel frequently throughout the region.
