Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

BanoPuratos, a joint-venture in the Middle East developing, producing and distributing high-quality ingredients for bakers, pastry chefs and chocolatiers, is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager based in Bshamoun, Lebanon. The role plans and implements marketing strategies to maximise exposure and return on investment for the group and its brands, leads market research and oversees the marketing department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Marketing Department's strategy, plans and customer value propositions, and feed marketing needs into the overall group strategy
• Analyse market trends, demographics, competitors and consumer insights, and run market research on existing and future products
• Develop, implement and manage multi-channel campaigns and touchpoint planning supporting acquisition, retention and loyalty programmes
• Approve creative development of promotional materials, website and social media content, and advertisements
• Work with sales and brand managers on campaign strategy, measurement and reporting
• Organise global events such as international and local exhibitions, in-house and PR events
• Position the brand, identify target audiences and monitor brand equity
• Manage the department's budget, consolidate reporting and advise the CEO
• Manage multi-disciplinary reporting units, mentor subordinates and guide them on operational and people management matters

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 12 years of marketing experience, including 4 years at a managerial level
• Fluent in English; Arabic and French are a plus
