Regional Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

VAS Global Services seeks an experienced Regional Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR operations across the Middle East. Based in Lebanon, you will partner with regional and country leaders to align workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with business needs and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and workforce planning for multiple Middle East markets, monitoring headcount, vacancies, attrition and productivity.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, oversee end‑to‑end hiring, and manage onboarding for regional and country‑level positions.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring legal compliance.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits and overtime with country HR and Finance teams, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, visa requirements and statutory HR obligations, and prepare audit‑ready documentation.
• Drive performance management processes, including KRAs, appraisals and improvement plans.
• Identify training needs, coordinate mandatory and role‑specific development programs, and support succession planning.
• Produce regional HR dashboards and analytics, delivering insights on headcount, recruitment, attrition, payroll and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or professional HR certification preferred.
• 10–12 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or HRBP role.
• Proven experience supporting multi‑country operations in the Middle East, with strong knowledge of regional labour laws.
• Demonstrated ability in workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and payroll coordination.
• Experience in high‑volume service environments such as Visa Services, BPO, contact centres or hospitality is a plus.
