Regional Director – Power & Energy

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Director for Power & Energy to join the leadership team in Lebanon. The role provides strategic, operational and commercial leadership for the organisation’s global power and renewable energy portfolio, driving the development and execution of sector strategy and business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global Power & Renewables sector strategy and annual business plan aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead business development, client engagement and proposal preparation to grow the pipeline across target geographies.
• Oversee portfolio delivery governance for renewable generation, energy storage, grid connection, transmission and distribution projects, ensuring scope, quality, budget and schedule compliance.
• Provide senior technical direction and design assurance across feasibility, FEED, detailed design, procurement and construction phases.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, design centres and project teams to position the organisation as a trusted advisor for energy transition and resilient power systems.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in power, energy or renewables, with a strong track record in the UAE/GCC region.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale power and renewable projects from concept to commissioning.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience influencing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Understanding of international and local codes, standards and quality management systems.
