Recruitment Intern (Remote)

About the role

Alpha Hire is seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to support its remote recruitment and operations teams. This full‑time remote position offers hands‑on experience in the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in candidate sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Update and maintain candidate databases and spreadsheets.
• Support initial screening activities and draft candidate communications.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare basic job postings and contribute to market and industry research.
• Perform administrative tasks, reporting and documentation to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.

Required profile

• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a diverse team.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
• Professional and ethical handling of confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email and spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with online platforms, social media and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn).
