About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Expert to join our fully remote team. In this position you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for internal roles, ensuring we attract and secure top talent that aligns with our company’s standards and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
• Conduct comprehensive screening calls and detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Design and evaluate tailored technical assessments for candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine suitability and make final hiring decisions.
• Draft and present compelling offers, and oversee onboarding for a seamless transition.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume agency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with the ability to switch between languages.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and resilient under challenging scenarios.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
