About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and regional markets. The position is full‑time and based in Beirut, offering the opportunity to shape talent acquisition strategies in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment assignments from briefing to placement.
- Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates.
- Maintain client communication and understand hiring requirements.
- Build and nurture candidate networks.
- Oversee multiple vacancies to ensure timely delivery.
- Support and mentor interns when required.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy or agency.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate management abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Regional recruitment experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is an advantage.
