Recruiting Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Agent to join our fully remote team. In this position you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for internal roles, ensuring we attract and secure top talent that aligns with our company’s standards and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
• Conduct comprehensive screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
• Lead detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills through tailored assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine suitability and make final selections.
• Draft and present compelling offers to successful candidates.
• Oversee onboarding to guarantee a seamless transition for new hires.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume agency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with the ability to switch seamlessly between both languages.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail, urgency, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Independent decision‑making and a passion for continuous learning.
• Patience and resilience when handling challenging recruitment scenarios.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
