Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Selego’s fully remote team. In this role you will shape our growth by attracting and securing top‑tier talent for our international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, from job description creation to offer negotiation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects Selego’s culture.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple countries and navigate varied employment practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting hiring targets.
• Cultural awareness and commitment to building diverse teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern talent sourcing tools.
