About the role
We are seeking a reliable and well‑organized Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kaslik. The role blends front‑desk duties with daily administrative and personal support tasks, requiring a professional, detail‑oriented individual who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional front‑desk experience.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support management with personal assistant duties, including scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination.
- Maintain office organization and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars when required.
Required profile
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Presentable, professional, and customer‑oriented demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
