About the role
Opera Hotel is hiring a Reception Staff member in Tabarja. The role covers welcoming guests, answering their questions and helping with the day-to-day running of the hotel reception. Candidates should be courteous, organised and committed to quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors professionally.
- Assist guests with inquiries and give them the right information.
- Support reception operations so that the guest experience runs smoothly.
- Communicate clearly with guests and with other members of the hotel team.
- Keep the reception area professional and welcoming.
Required profile
- Friendly and welcoming personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to interact politely with guests and meet their needs.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
