Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

PBM Real Estate, a Lebanese real estate brokerage, consultancy and property management company founded in 2007, is looking for a Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its team in the Beirut area. The consultant manages the full sales cycle: following up leads, understanding client needs, conducting property viewings, presenting suitable properties, negotiating offers and supporting clients until the deal is closed.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and assist clients in buying and selling property at competitive prices and terms
• Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable solutions
• Negotiate deals, give market insights and advise on prices, mortgages and legal requirements
• Showcase and market properties to potential buyers
• Prepare and manage documentation such as contracts, leases, deeds and closing statements
• Keep property listings accurate and stay informed on real estate trends

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Proven sales, negotiation and communication abilities
• Strong independent work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy, professional and personable
• Own car or motorcycle
