About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic real estate sales agents to join our nationwide network in Lebanon. The role offers a chance to start a career in property sales, with full training and support provided, even for candidates without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach potential property buyers and sellers.
Present property listings and negotiate terms to achieve successful transactions.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process.

Required profile

Strong interest in the real estate market.
Motivated, goal‑oriented and eager to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
