About the role

The Real Estate Sales Agent will engage prospective buyers, arrange property viewings, and guide clients through the entire purchasing process. This position requires strong interpersonal abilities, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service at every stage of the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming leads and conduct follow‑ups to nurture client relationships.
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property viewings while maintaining clear communication with clients.
• Assist clients during viewings, provide detailed property information, and support initial negotiation stages.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader on pricing strategies, client handling, and negotiation tactics.
• Record all client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data completeness for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate the closing process, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines and handling all required paperwork.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly to exceed expectations.
• Work with CRM Manager and Sales Support Specialist to streamline lead handling, viewings, and documentation.
