Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

The Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist will source new property opportunities through cold calling, door‑knocking and inbound lead handling. You will manage the sales pipeline, communicate with distressed sellers and support the team’s daily prospecting efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via SMS, SEO, cold calling, direct mail and other channels.
• Manage and follow‑up on the prospect pipeline, documenting all interactions in the CRM.
• Conduct daily prospecting activities, including door‑knocking and cold calls.
• Visit properties when needed to install lock boxes, take photos and assess condition.
• Build rapport with distressed sellers, overcome objections and negotiate deals.
• Assess comparable sales, property values and market conditions using MLS data.
• Maintain company records, tracking systems and meet monthly quota targets.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Comfortable handling rejection and speaking with strangers.
• Ready to attend weekly training meetings and morning check‑ins.
• Fearless, enjoys talking to people and can work outside regular hours.

Required skills

• Understanding of a batch dialer system.
• Experience with Podio.
• Proficiency in using a CRM platform.
• Familiarity with MLS research.
