Radio & TV Intern (Production & Marketing)

About the role

This 12‑week, project‑based internship gives you hands‑on experience in producing advertisements, social‑media videos, and promotional campaigns for a fast‑moving marketing team. You will work across the full content production cycle, from pre‑production planning to final video delivery, in both studio and on‑location settings across Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in pre‑production tasks such as concept development, shot‑listing, storyboarding, scheduling, and equipment planning.
• Research and secure filming locations, props, wardrobe, and visual references.
• Film professional‑quality footage using cameras and mobile phones for ads, social‑media clips, interviews, and B‑roll.
• Support creative direction on set, guiding visual style, mood, pacing, and performance.
• Manage on‑set logistics, including cast coordination, equipment organization, and continuity checks.
• Edit raw footage into polished deliverables, handling sequencing, transitions, subtitles, graphics, music selection, and audio cleanup.
• Apply color correction and grading techniques to ensure visual consistency.

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest in cinematography, videography, or visual storytelling through personal projects or coursework.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Film, Cinematography, Radio & Television, Multimedia, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn every stage of production and work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
• Ability to travel freely across Lebanon using a personal vehicle; a valid driver’s license is preferred.
