Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Promoteam is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute digital campaigns that promote its specialty exhibitions. The role is based on‑site in Beirut and involves close collaboration with exhibition organizers, design teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and manage content across social media channels, email marketing and online advertising platforms.
• Track campaign performance, analyse web and social media metrics and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Support audience‑engagement initiatives and maintain the company’s online presence.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital and online marketing, preferably with experience in events or exhibitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Social Media Marketing (content creation, scheduling, community management).
• Web Analytics tools for performance tracking and data interpretation.
• SEO/SEM knowledge.
• Email marketing platforms.
• Basic content management systems.
