Radio & TV Intern

About the role

This 12‑week, project‑based internship offers hands‑on experience in producing advertisements, social media videos, and promotional campaigns. You will work across the full content production cycle, from pre‑production planning to final video delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the complete production process for ads, social media videos, interviews, and other branded content.
• Assist with pre‑production tasks such as concept development, storyboarding, location scouting, and equipment planning.
• Film professional‑quality footage using cameras and mobile phones, and support on‑set direction of cast.
• Edit raw footage into polished deliverables, handling sequencing, transitions, subtitles, graphics, music selection, and audio cleanup.
• Apply color correction and grading techniques to ensure visual consistency.

Required profile

• Interest in cinematography, videography, filmmaking, or visual storytelling demonstrated through personal projects or coursework.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Film, Cinematography, Radio and Television, Multimedia, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and participate in every production stage and to work on‑site across varied locations in Lebanon.
• Own a valid driver’s license and have access to a car for travel within Lebanon.

Required skills

• Camera operation (including mobile phone filming).
• Video editing.
• Color correction and grading.
• Basic understanding of social media video formats and advertising best practices.
