Quantity Surveyor – Cost Management Specialist

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will join our Beirut office to lead cost management activities across a range of consulting engineering projects. Reporting to the Project Management team, you will ensure accurate quantification, budgeting and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for architectural, structural, infrastructural, electrical and mechanical works.
• Develop cost estimates and monitor project budgets, tracking expenditures against forecasts.
• Support tender preparation, evaluation and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and multidisciplinary teams to drive cost‑efficient decisions.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in consulting engineering or construction cost management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
