Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer to manage project costs and support the delivery of construction and infrastructure works. The role focuses on cost control, budgeting, and accurate measurement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Control and manage project budgets through cost planning and cost control activities.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), perform quantity take‑offs and measurements to support tendering and valuation.
• Produce cost reports and conduct financial analysis to provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor or civil engineer in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Professional certifications in quantity surveying or project cost management (advantageous).

Required skills

• Cost control, cost management and cost planning.
• BOQ preparation, quantity take‑off and measurement.
• Cost reporting and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with cost management and estimating software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods and industry standards.
