Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our development and product teams. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, reliable, and user‑friendly digital solutions by testing software, validating requirements, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute test plans and test cases derived from business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and automation practices.
• Assist in designing and executing test plans that enhance software functionality and user experience.
• Prepare and maintain user guides, functional documentation, and step‑by‑step instructions for end users.
• Perform diverse tasks as needed to support software quality and reliability.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
