QHSE Coordinator

About the role

The QHSE Coordinator ensures that quality, health, safety and environmental standards are consistently applied across all operational sites. You will plan and execute field audits, manage non‑conformances and drive corrective actions to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal standards; review auditor reports to guarantee high‑quality outcomes.
• Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses, and implement effective corrective measures.
• Perform regular inspections of personal protective equipment, tools, vehicles, warehouses and offices; report findings to Zone Managers.
• Maintain and update health, safety and environmental documentation; support CO₂ emission data collection and reporting.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, awareness sessions and emergency response coordination.
• Organise quarterly Safety, Health and Environment committee meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
