Proposal Engineer – Mechanical or Chemical

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Proposal Engineer to join STC’s team in Beirut. The role focuses on preparing technical and commercial proposals, managing tenders, and supporting the growth of our chemical and process solutions business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for client projects.
• Manage tender processes and coordinate with suppliers and clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of chemical and process solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, proposals, or sales support.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross‑functional teams.
