About the role
The Property Sales & Business Development Manager drives sales, marketing and business development for the company’s real‑estate portfolio. The role combines identifying investment opportunities, managing full‑cycle property transactions and shaping market‑focused strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and investment prospects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including negotiations of sales, lease and property agreements.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies and land‑acquisition assessments for new development projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, legal advisors and government authorities on property registration and compliance.
- Design and implement marketing plans, digital campaigns, exhibitions and property launches.
- Provide property and land evaluations, pricing analysis and investment recommendations.
- Prepare and present periodic sales, performance and market intelligence reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- Professional certification in Real Estate, Property Valuation or Investment Management is a plus.
- 10‑15 years of experience in real‑estate sales, marketing, business development or property management.
- Proven track record in property sales, land acquisition, real‑estate development and contract negotiations.
- Experience across residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.
