Property Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant to join RTI Development’s sales team in Beirut. You will help clients navigate the home‑buying process, from the first inquiry to closing, while promoting our residential projects across Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Guide prospective buyers through the entire purchase journey, providing information and support.
• Generate, qualify and manage leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Deliver project presentations and conduct property viewings.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers and investors.
• Negotiate offers and close sales while meeting monthly targets.
• Record all activities accurately in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, property consultancy or a comparable sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid driver’s licence; own vehicle is a plus.
