Project Manager - Solar - MV 5+ MW Africa

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Africa is for a Project Manager (PV) who will lead solar projects of 5+ MW. The role involves overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation and budgeting.
• Coordinate expediting activities and supervise inspections.
• Manage logistics to ensure smooth execution from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams, vendors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proficiency in expediting and logistics management.
• Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting and scheduling.
• Ability to perform inspections to meet quality standards.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Previous construction industry experience is highly desirable.
