Project Manager – Solar (MV 15+ MW) – Africa

About the role

ICC Contractors is seeking a full‑time Project Manager for solar PV projects in Africa. The role involves overseeing project scheduling, resource allocation and budgeting to ensure successful delivery of medium‑voltage (15+ MW) solar installations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets and resource plans from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate expediting activities and supervise inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Handle logistics management, ensuring timely delivery of components and smooth site operations.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams, vendors and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proficiency in expediting and logistics management.
• Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting and scheduling.
• Ability to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
